MODERN MASTERPIECES is Riley's ambitious review series. A web series based in a film review/film essay structure, the series explores the best that modern cinema has to offer. As the production of the series began in 2016, the boundaries of films eligible was between 2006-2016. The series will run throughout the first half of 2017, with 22 episodes currently released. 

Riley has created and written the series, stepping into the directors chair once again. However, surprisingly, he is presenting the series, having filmed custom beginnings and ends for every episode. He also acts as executive writer, editor and producer.
